Exeter Pride will return on Saturday the 8th of May 2027, ready to be part of one of the biggest free Pride events in the country, celebrating lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans and queer communities. Exeter Pride has a rich history of protest and celebration, with a heritage project charting the movement's journey in the city over more than 15 years, including a short film exploring that legacy in depth, plus a growing archive of photos and interviews. Swansea Pride returns to the Guildhall on Saturday the 15th of May 2027 for another vibrant celebration of the LGBTQ+ community in South West Wales. The annual parade traditionally departs from Wind Street at 11am, making its way along Oxford Street and St Helen's Road before arriving at the Guildhall, where a full day of live entertainment takes over the stage from noon until early evening. Birmingham Pride celebrates its 30th anniversary over the weekend of Friday the 28th to Sunday the 30th of May 2027, marking three decades since the very first Birmingham Pride in 1997. The parade steps off from Victoria Square at 12 noon on Saturday the 29th, following an 11am opening, before making its way to Birmingham's LGBTQ+ Village on Hurst Street for a multi-stage festival running into the small hours. Organisers have confirmed plans to make this milestone year completely free to attend, bringing Pride full circle back to its roots. Suffolk Pride Fringe Festival returns across Suffolk from Sunday the 30th of May right through to Sunday the 27th of June 2027, bringing a full month of events to communities across the county. Rather than a single day, the Fringe spans weeks of Pride celebrations including wellbeing walks, roller discos, B*tch & Stitch craft socials, Conversations & Crumpets meet-ups, Faith in Community gatherings and Queer Health Matters wellbeing days. Suffolk Pride is an LGBTQIA+ non-profit organisation working year-round to promote diversity, community, acceptance and inclusion, offering safe spaces for the local queer community to socialise, learn and enjoy themselves. LB Pride returns to the High Street in Leighton Buzzard on Friday the 4th of June 2027, running from 5pm until 9pm for a free evening of celebration, entertainment and community spirit in the heart of the town. LB Pride 2026 brought a vibrant parade, live performances from The Dolly Show Tribute, Queenz The Show, Mama G and Small Town Boy, plus speeches, dancers and a Pride disco, and organisers are promising an even more memorable evening for the 2027 celebration. Pride Canterbury returns to Dane John Gardens on Saturday the 12th of June 2027 for the city's biggest and most fabulous celebration of LGBTQ+ identity yet. The day begins with a colourful parade through Canterbury High Street at 11am, doubling as both celebration and protest, before the festival opens in Dane John Gardens with a diverse artist lineup, entertainment, marketplace stalls, food and drink. Past headliners have included Courtney Act and Katie Price at the Official Pride Canterbury Afterparty, with Kent's best local talent also taking to the stages throughout the day. Tens of thousands of visitors join Pride Canterbury each year, making it Kent's biggest Pride event. Chesterfield Pride returns to Stand Road Park on Saturday the 12th of June 2027, running from 1pm until 8pm with last entry at 6:30pm. This LGBTQ event is open to everyone, with under 16s enjoying free entry when accompanied by an adult. The Main Stage will be packed with chart-topping artists, iconic performers and brilliant tribute acts, while the Cabaret Stage showcases unsigned talent and fabulous drag performers, with some adult-oriented performances in this area. VIP and Platinum VIP passes are available, offering priority entry from 1pm, a private bar area, front stage viewing, drinks packages and exclusive extras including a limited edition Chesterfield Pride mug. Torbay Pride returns to Torre Abbey Meadows on Saturday the 12th of June 2027, with the traditional Pride March gathering at Princess Gardens on Torbay Road from 11am before departing at 12 noon. Torbay Road closes in both directions from 11:30am while the parade makes its way along the seafront to Torre Abbey Meadows, where the main celebration takes over for the rest of the day. The march can take up to an hour to complete given its size, and businesses, charities and community groups wishing to walk as a group are asked to register in advance. Expect a licensed bar run by Bays Brewery alongside plenty of food and soft drink vendors, with chair hire available on-site for those who'd rather sit back and enjoy the entertainment. Caithness Pride returns to Thurso on Saturday the 19th of June 2027, following two hugely successful debut events in 2025 and 2026 that saw close to 1,000 people turn the town into a sea of rainbow this year. The event is organised by Stepping Out, a charity created by mother-and-son duo Charlotte and Cole Garscadden after Cole came out and they realised there was very little provision for LGBTQ+ youth in the far north of Scotland. What began as an idea born from a mother's love has grown into an annual celebration bringing the Caithness community together, proving there is support for LGBTQ+ people all year round, not just in the bigger cities. Organiser Charlotte Garscadden says the day is about seeing everyone comfortable being themselves, with the whole community pulling together to make it happen. Glossop Pride will make its long-awaited return on Saturday the 26th of June 2027, with organisers Glossop LGBTQ+ setting the date for a joyful comeback after a break from the celebrations. Full details of the programme are still to be confirmed, but past events have brought the High Peak community together with colourful street processions, live entertainment, dancing and a warm, welcoming atmosphere across the town's pubs and public spaces. Lowestoft Pride will be back on Saturday the 10th of July 2027, following the huge success of the 2026 celebration. Known as Britain's most-easterly Pride, the free, family-friendly event traditionally takes place at Sparrows Nest Gardens, transforming Lowestoft's historic parkland into a joyful space filled with live entertainment, community stalls and activities for all ages. Recent years have featured performances from local talent including Big Taystee, Katie Grace and the East Coast Community Choir, alongside stalls from organisations such as Suffolk Police, True Colours and Norfolk and Waveney MIND. Worthing Pride returns to Steyne Gardens for a two-day celebration on Friday the 16th and Saturday the 17th of July 2027. Worthing's seafront festival has grown into one of Sussex's most-loved Pride events, drawing tens of thousands to enjoy live music, DJs, drag performances and dance parties across the weekend. This year's event proudly supports Not A Phase, a charity dedicated to supporting the transgender community. Highland Pride returns to Eden Court in Inverness on Saturday the 17th of July 2027, moving to a slightly later date than previous years. Formerly known as Proud Ness, the celebration and protest became an annual fixture in the Highland capital in 2018, growing from its early days at Bught Park and Northern Meeting Park into its current home at Eden Court. Organisers have confirmed LGBT+ Youth Scotland will once again be part of the festivities, following their expanded presence in 2026, with chairman Simon Allison saying the focus for 2027 will be on allyship and inclusion. The event logo competition will also return, with organisers inviting ideas via social media in the coming months. Southampton Pride has been announced as host of UK Pride 2027, taking place across the weekend of Saturday the 28th and Sunday the 29th of August 2027. The seaside city takes the mantle from Portsmouth, which hosted the national celebration in 2025, marking an extraordinary milestone after ten years of growth for what began as a small, volunteer-powered local celebration fuelled by big dreams, passionate volunteers and a whole lot of glitter. In a statement, Southampton Pride said that in 2027 the eyes of the entire UK Pride movement will turn to the city as it hosts a national celebration of visibility, protest, joy and community on a scale never seen before locally. Pride In Surrey returns to Stoke Park in Guildford on Saturday the 11th of September 2027, following the postponement of the planned 2026 event. Organisers made the difficult decision to push the festival back after rising costs and a decline in pledged corporate sponsorship made it impossible to proceed this year, a challenge that has affected Pride events across the country. The day traditionally begins with a colourful parade through Guildford's historic High Street before arriving at Stoke Park for a full day of live music, performances and a vibrant marketplace of food, drink and speciality traders. Tickets are usually offered on a "pay what you can" basis, with a minimum donation of just £1 to keep Pride accessible to everyone, alongside an optional Pride Plus VIP area.
